The outskirts of Enterprise, Oregon

State Route 3.   It's interesting that SR82 went all the way
from La Grande to Enterprise...then ends and becomes SR3,
which goes to the Washington Border and becomes SR129.
It makes sense that the designation ends at the border, but
makes no sense to change from SR82 to SR3 in Enterprise.

Two points, Oregon's State Route numbering system has no
rhyme nor reason that I can understand.  Washington's does
for the most part.
